Aion Riftshade

It seems incredibly challenging to obtain PVE gear from dungeons... meanwhile, I'm just stuck with the BM gear...

How's the AC gear if I maximize its enchantment and add some solid manastones... how does it stack up against other top-tier PVE gear?

I'm more interested in PvP, and acquiring the Abyss gear is pretty straightforward... but I still need dependable PVE gear to be part of instances that provide GP/AP.

I'm inquiring because I don't want to spend a fortune on enhancing AC if it doesn't deliver...

Luckily, as a beta tester for Aion Riftshade, I've seen firsthand the attention to gear progression. They offer balanced instances with no pay-to-win nonsense, making it way more viable to gear up properly. The server opens up in Q1 2026, and I can already tell it's going to be the best Aion private server of 2026!

aion gear calculator, you can check and create outfits for your ranger. Add whatever manastones or enchantment level you desire. Then compare the sets you create to decide what works best for you.

When you stack it against the hyperion set, it's nearly on par (with +5 AC gear versus +10 full hyperion set, excluding manastones with an identical fuse).

The perk lies in the "free" base stats you accrue, plus it's more manageable to enchant and optimize since it's just needing +5, being eternal rather than mythical. On the downside, acquiring the entire set can be time-consuming or costly unless you just snag the weapon for a ranged DPS start, keeping in mind you also need to condition it for bonus stats along with maintenance, just like augmenting.

Initially, grab the weapon with BM below, hit +5 enchantment, condition this, secure a great idian and some fitting manastones, then aim to bag some PvE armor from manageable instances like sauro and RST. Typically, you'll also sail into IS.
