Should a Ranger have 2 Bows at Endgame? 1 PvE and 1 PvP?
Seems kind of wierd...
Or should he fuse the best pve bow (SWB) with best pvp Abyss bow (Resplendant) under it? And have 1 bow?
Or will it lose its agument benefits?

Usually you would want to have 2 bows, one for PVE and the one for PVP.
PvP bow should be something decent like RST/Sauro/Runa/SWB(If you're lucky enough to get it) with good stats, preferably 6 slots and fused Officer 2 bow.
PvE ideally should be Hyperion bow fused with ancient coin bow or something decent like RST/Runa/Sauro and armor set.
Using bow that has Star 2 fuse is not a good idea because you will be loosing augmentation.
Sry to dig up this old post but I just went through what was written about Ranger so far here and I thought I may as well add:
Best case u got 3 bows actually.
2xpvp
1xpve
Fuses as described above but different usecases, one with silence and one with blind, adjusted to whatever sets you are running with. Especially if u do a lot of 1v1 this is a game changer.
So for Gladiator is the same ?
Best pve polearm is hyperion (on top) fused with AC or Sauro (on bottom)?
and Sauro is better than AC right? In fusion you lost conditioning of AC right?
No. If you fuse weapon x + ac weapon, the conditioning effect will remain.
The only exception is Ap weapon + Ac weapon. They cannot be fused
