Headgear is from the primal spirit leather set (found in Elementis Forest on the monkey boss)

Shoulders belong to one of the arena/coliseum sets, likely this piece https://aioncodex.com/4x/item/112101208/ if you check out the vendors in Priory/Convent. You'll surely come across it.

Shoes resemble the Daevanion 30 shoes (https://aioncodex.com/4x/item/114100867/) but might possibly be just the starter shoes (Dazzling Daevanion) or the 60 Daevanion version

Can't say for gloves, might be Sauro/EB
