I put together a teleportation guide using my exceptional MS Paint talents. All jokes aside, I'm hoping this'll be useful to some of you.

The teleports from a garrison are only available if your faction holds that garrison, but teleports to a specific garrison are always available, regardless of who controls the target, since you're escorted to a nearby safe zone.

 

 

Really did make this with Microsoft Paint took quite a bit of time
