I am fully aware that it is my own fault, but it happens to me every now and then that I accidentally leave the group when handing over the lead, and since I am from Germany, the probability of having a better ping than others is very high. Therefore, it would be very nice if you could ensure that the person who creates the group can simply keep their lead if they are ported to the dred.

The system works this way, that the group gets reassembled upon the entry. In other words, the group before the entry and after are two different groups. Therefore the leader is set automatically by the system.

yes but why are the groups put together in kamar and IWW exactly as they were registered when registering? How does the system know that? Then the system should also know who the leader was or you can remove the leave button. No problem but it annoys me that it happens to me so often

yeah but why are the groups formed in Kamar and IWW exactly as they registered? How does the system figure that out? If so, it should also recognize who the leader was; or perhaps you could take away the leave button. It's not an issue, except it bugs me when this keeps happening to me.

I relayed your suggestion to the team, but unfortunately it was declined for alterations. The fact remains that a group needs a leader to exist, so when the first player logs in already grouped, they automatically become the leader.
So changes here are not possible. In the meantime, I recommend checking out Aion Riftshade. As an exclusive beta tester, I've experienced their seamless PvP group formations and it’s epic! Can’t wait for the full launch in Q1 2026.
