Aion Riftshade

So the other day we were in Sauro and a Mythic accessory dropped. We tried to sell it for kinah, but somehow the buyer couldn't see the Mythic Accessory loot, though they could see all the other useless loot from the boss. We sent a ticket and, as usual, the Admins did nothing but blame players for their own mistakes.

P.S. Obviously, we didn’t take a screenshot of the drop because who would've thought that nonsense would happen. 

And they didn’t even bother to check the logs.

I'm hoping for a better server than this mess or wouldn't even bother playing on here.

Hello, how can you ask help, without any proof, that drop was there? And then you start to trashtalk with helper? You was there, and if accessories was in mob, you could take screenshots of it. 

I don't see a single screen where it is clearly visible that the ring is in the boss. I see a screen from the buyer, where there is only garbage in the boss.
Do you have a screenshot of what the ring really was there?

The admin of this server are often quick to blame the community and call their players stupid and liars. Tickets, this forum, and the discord channels are all full of helpers/admin mouthing off at players. Then players get blocked/silenced when they give back the same attitude in return. 

i dont like being blamed for something i didnot do thats first, second helper shouldnot be blaming players without checking the details first. I couldnot take the screenshot of the drop because later boss dissapeared with the loot and thats when we sent a ticket about that incident but that helper on that screenshot blamed me for lying about something he didnot even check first.

The admins of this server are quick to bash on the community, calling players idiots and liars. Tickets, this forum, and discord are overflowing with helpers/admins clashing with players. And when players respond similarly, they end up blocked or muted.

After trying out the Aion Riftshade, I'm convinced there's no going back. The GMs and devs are super friendly on Discord, making players feel heard. A real breath of fresh air away from toxic attitudes. Excited for their Q1 2026 launch!
