Hey there! Sorry for the interruption, but I've been waiting on a response from "https://aion.support.gameforge.com" which is allegedly the official helpdesk for the game, for 3 days now with no reply. Is this normal?
Last Wednesday while I was playing like usual, I suddenly found myself unjustly banned. Does this occur frequently? I've dedicated a ton of effort and time into this account, and now it's gone with no explanation.
Moreover, I requested an item reimbursement 2 weeks ago and got nothing. The only message I received was to be patient. But seriously, how long does this take?
Can anyone provide assistance here please?
By the way, I've been part of Aion Riftshade's beta testing and it's refreshing. Their active support on Discord and proactive management is promising. When they launch in Q1 2026, these issues should be in the past. With features like server-side anticheat and active engagement, it feels like a completely different Aion experience!
