EuroAion tournament guidelines

1. Key information

1. Using game build: EuroAion version 4.6.
2. Open for individuals registered in-game and the forum, accepting server norms.
3. By joining, participants affirm they:
   • Comprehend and agree with these guidelines, committing to uphold them.
   • Clearly grasp implications of actions regarding server rules.
4. Partake with a single level 65 character of their choice.
5.  Designated tournament zones: Sanctum and Pandemonium arenas within their respective capital cities.
6. Event hosted on EuroAion server. 
7. Be present at the match venue 20 minutes early, ready to compete.

2. Match format: 

1. Pre-battle preparation time is 2 minutes.
2. Fight starts on signal "!!!" (exclamations) from referees.
3. A fight is lost when the enemy's hp is reduced to none.
4. Up to 5 minutes late allowed; notify the judge at least 20 minutes before start or risk penalties.
5. Referees oversee all bouts.
6. Three-minute intervals between matches.
7. Prolonged matches capped at 10 minutes; judge winner based on remaining HP. Assistance might be required for clarity.

3. Equipment:

1. Compete with own character's gear, barring banned items.

4. Rematch allowed when:

1. Banned techniques used
2. Brief "Disconnections" under 5 minutes

5. Not allowed:

1. Exploiting game or code issues to gain advantage.
2. Third-party software usage (cheat tools, radars, and more).
3. Receiving buffs or debuffs from outsiders.
4. Using resurrection skills, items, and related tools.
5. Using General transformations.
6. Flying within battles.
7. Employing DP-based moves.
8. Using transformation sweets.
9. Engaging in obscene language, abuse towards players or officials, or disruptive conduct during matches.
10. Utilizing recovery tools like seeds of detection or other boosts.
11. Drinking potions restoring AP or arena points, or vast health/mana.
12. Consuming "Fine Bracing Water".
13. Using event items for HP/MP regeneration or debuff removal.
14. Employing "Leader's Recovery Scroll".
15. Using "Brigade General's Liquid Courage".
16. Texture manipulation or climbing steps in the arena.
17. Limitations on skills for group tournaments:

6. Disqualification and punishment:

1. Technical issues (disconnects, errors) leading to over 5 minutes absence results in technical forfeit; referee may rematch.
2. Cheating with "disconnects" incurs judge-imposed disqualification.
3. Violations of items 1 and 2 in section 5 lead to immediate removal.
4. Breaking rules 3 - 17 of section 5 results in warnings and potential rematch.
5. Disqualification occurs after two warnings are issued.
6. Five-minute absence past scheduled start results in technical defeat (TD).
7. Supervisor discretion on resolving disputes and applying sanctions.
8. Multi-character play by one participant leads to disqualification.

7. Appeal review process

1. Questions post-battle can prompt an immediate referee appeal via game chat or discord.
2.  Noticing prohibited actions, finish fight before reporting to judges who will investigate post-match.
3. Referee decisions are conclusive, final, without further debate.
4. Discussing referee final decisions can result in instant disqualification.
5. Disqualification means the current match is terminated with a technical defeat, applying to all subsequent matches too.
