Slay Asmodians/Elyos at Katalam, Danaria, and the Abyss (5). 
Speak to Captain Mafa / Matidia

Captain Mafa / Matidia urged you to prove yourself to the Asmodians / Elyos.
When you got back to Mafa / Matidia, you received the [Event] Commander Card Right Half to piece together the [Event] Noble Commander's Card.

Reward:

well. u cant receive cards every 45 mins, maybe u need to fix it? and i want my cards for being online for 4+hrs straight 

yea i'm not reciving them also online since 9am

Is it possible to make the Dynatoum's Brazen Boxe's tradable?

still 0 cards received for being online. and i am pretty much sure that u wont give me that amount of cards for my 14hrs+ online for sure cuz u made a mistake

Dear players, as a result of a small technical glitch when installing the event on the server, players currently do not receive event items for online.
This will be fixed after the next server restart.

wdym it's impossible? u can just simply send like 20 cards for each lvl 65 player and thats all. im not telling u how to do that in other ways. but it is the easiest. better give rights in game to your friends then doing real stuff
