For a year the Monarch lay dormant, he's grown weak,

Settled in the citadel, the Monarch and his aide began to assign tasks,
and those who complete them successfully shall be rewarded. 

The Monarch's presence in this realm is fleeting
and you have only from 29.10 to 11.11 (inclusive) for his tasks

What are the rewards for the tasks?

Skins (suits and hats) can be worn by any class
"time counter" for 7-days pass items
starts only after using them as appearance on the armor.

Osaye sat on the floor of her chamber turning a huge teddy bear inside out, a gift from the Wild Tayga. The girl was nearly done emptying the stuffing, when a knock came on the door.
Such irony - the very ranger who gave the present was in the doorway.
- Hey, what are you doing? What did I do? Why are you ripping my gift apart like that? – Tayga was understandably baffled.
 - Allow me to explain. My friend is in danger.
- What friend? Does she eat stuffing?!
- Princess IU. The vile Nightmare Lord Heiramune has captured her and hides her in his wicked circus. The only access is in bear form... Will you help me?
- Her pleading eyes sought aid.
The ranger was about to huff, but he imagined heroically saving the circus star with an arrow and being showered with love and gratitude. The choice was made.
