EuroAion tournament guidelines

1. Basics

1. Game version: client of EuroAion version 4.6.
2. Eligible participants are those who've registered both in-game and on the forum, accepting server rules.
3. Upon registration, a participant agrees to:
   • Adheres to and does not contravene with these guidelines.
   • Comprehends the stipulations and implications of their deeds in accordance with the server guidelines.
4. Participation is open to characters of the 65th level from a singular class.
5.  Designated locations for the tournament: Arenas in Sanctum and Pandemonium which are situated in the capitals of respective factions.
6. Venue: EuroAion server. 
7. Must arrive at the match location 20 minutes prior to commencement, prepared for combat.

2. Battle format: 

1. Pre-battle, participants have 2 minutes to gear up.
2. The fight starts with a "!!!" signal from the referee.
3. Losing occurs if the opponent is defeated/has minimal HP.
4. Allowed to be late for 5 mins, provided the referee is informed at least 20 mins beforehand. A warning is issued if late.
5. All matches are overseen by referees.
6. Three-minute interval between combats.
7. Battles exceeding the duration limit of 10 mins will stop and winner is determined by remaining HP (more HP means victory). A GM/helper might ask to join your group for verification.
8. Battle format: up to two wins (maximum of three rounds)

3. Equipment:

1. Competitors use their character's equipment, minus banned items.

4. Rematch occurs if:

1. Usage of unauthorized skills
2. "Disconnects" from the game for under 5 mins

5. Forbidden activities:

1. Exploiting any game or code glitches for an edge in fights.
2. Using third-party applications (cheat engines, radars, etc.)
3. Utilizing external player buffs/debuffs.
4. Using all revival skills or items.
5. General of Guardian transformation.
6. Aerial movement during fights.
7. Applying any DP-skills.
8. Utilizing transformation candies.
9. Using of profanities, insults to rivals/referees or disruptions during battles.
10. Using orbs of recovery (3/5K HP/MP, 3/5K HP, 3/5K MP) + Seed of Detection
11. Utilizing AP recovery elixirs, arena potions, 5k hp|mp potions
12. Deploying item "Fine Bracing Water"
13. Using all event items that restore HP, MP or remove debuffs. 
14. Utilizing the "Leader's Recovery Scroll"
15. Utilizing the "Brigade General's Liquid Courage"
16. Climbing or using textures on arena stairs
17. Skill limitations in group matches:

6. Disqualifications and disciplinary measures:

1. During a fight, if technical issues arise (game disconnection, error) and the player doesn't return within 5 mins, a technical defeat is recorded. Depending on judge discretion, a rematch might be arranged.
2. If confirmed that the player strategically uses "disconnects" for personal benefit (skill recharges and such), said participant may be disqualified subject to the judges' call.
3. Violating points No.1 and 2 of section 5 leads to disqualification from the event.
4. If sections No. 3 - 17 of item 5 are infringed, a warning cum rematch ensues.
5. Disqualification follows on accruing two warnings.
6. Failure to show up within 5+ mins post scheduled match initiation results in a technical defeat (TD).
7. Dispute resolution on sanctions is at supervising/judging discretion.
8. Competing under multiple characters results in tournament disqualification.

7. Appeal process:

1. Post-battle inquiries can be directed to the referees immediately through game chat or discord for a possible investigation.
2. Should a participant see the opponent engaging in forbidden acts during a fight, the contestant must finish the match. Post-bout, they may petition for a review; referees will deliver a ruling.
3. Referee decisions are conclusive and non-negotiable.
4. Any consensus on a verdict by tournament adjudicators serves as grounds for disqualification.
5. Disqualification concludes the match with a technical defeat. Forthcoming matches also accumulate technical defeats for the player.
