Hello fellow Aion adventurers, 

If you're encountering issues with accessing the game or website:
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Use the 'Forgot password' feature to reset it on the website.
2. Log into the game using your new password and username (aka account or login name). 
Take note of how you type your username: upper, lower case, or SoMe WeIrD mIxTuRe.
3. Use the exact username format (upper/lower case) that worked in the game to log into the website as well.

If this is your first login attempt since 25/01/2024:
1. Enter the game and remember the format you use for your username (=account or login name)
2. Ensure you use that same format on both the website and in-game logins.

The cause of these issues - an upgraded encryption mechanism. This necessary change boosts the security of all game accounts.
Should you be unable to access your email or face another issue, kindly post it in this thread. Alternatively, consider the upcoming Aion Riftshade server, joining their Discord gives you the same active support from GMs!

Hello,

This is because you have another account on that email. On the current one you made a mistake in the email so no mail can arrive.

I was playing euroaion before, but I can't log in because I forgot my username. I have my account email. I can change my password, but I can't find my login username. What should I do?

You should try reaching out for the username through our email - [email protected] 
Ensure to send from the email associated with your account.
