Core Guidelines for EuroAion.

The guidelines listed here are not comprehensive. The Admins and GMs can establish any other appropriate sanction, or even waive one, if deemed necessary. 

If there is any conduct detrimental to the game organization or gameplay but not referred to in these rules, the Admins can impose an appropriate punishment, (up to deleting an account).

Whenever needed, the Admins can enforce a permanent ban across all accounts of a rule violator. 

With any repeated breach of the same rule, the Admins and GMs decide on the penalty's length, which must exceed the previous one. They can extend the penalty indefinitely or erase the player's account.

For confidentiality, the admins can choose not to disclose details or actions taken regarding other players, if at all.

People not involved in a matter cannot demand information on the proceedings.

The administration is under no obligation to provide proof validating the penalties set according to these rules.

Administration reserves the right to refuse any services to a user without disclosure of a reason.

2. using profanity, insults, and offenses in any format (harsh/coarse/abusive language) towards other players across all EuroAion platforms. This includes offending relatives and parents. This entails improperly using terms or alternative spellings to bypass restrictions / inappropriate terms in nicknames, legion names, pet names, etc.
You cannot use symbols (symbol combinations) in names that incite hate or have offensive content; entail advertising details; use names of real persons or entities.
Avoid discussions on politics, religion, covid-19, terrorism, and racism. 
Whisper chat insults and undesired messages aren't moderated (use "block" to halt messages from specific users).
Do not create multiple characters/accounts to bypass a block on others.
Consequence:  Chat mute for 300 mins and more/ forum account ban for 3 days and more / temporary or permanent ban of all accounts;

4. attempting unauthorized access to accounts.
Consequence:  a permanent ban on all the hacker’s accounts and on all involved in account sharing;
 

6. exploiting bugs or server weaknesses intentionally.
Consequence:  temporary or permanent ban for all users’ accounts and for all accomplices;

9. kill trading for Abyss points/Glory points among characters/twin characters/things like those, be it in open realms or arena/dredgeon activities, including actions aimed at completing kill quests.
Consequence:  Reduction in Abyss Points/Glory Points / complete removal of points / account ban / removal of obtained items;

11. advertising unapproved external resources and publishing links without Admin consent.
Consequence:  Results may vary from temporary to permanent bans for the user and involved account sharers;

12.

• buying/selling in-game currency (kinah) / items outside sanctioned platforms (Trade Brokers) / buying/selling/trading of accounts and characters
• selling/purchasing items from the EuroAion shop & ecoins currency for real cash, and posting related ads.

• from temporary to permanent bans on accounts / all player accounts.

For trading ecoins gained as cooperation rewards:

• full or partial removal of ecoins on account (gained through cooperation);
• full or partial cessation of cooperation;
• from temporary to permanent bans on accounts / all player accounts.

14. spreading false data about Admins or players (libel), deceiving the Admins for gain, or disclosing personal communications with the Admins (including GMs, HGMs, Moderators) without prior consent.
Consequence: from temporary to permanent bans for all user accounts;
 

16. committing actions that exhibit racism, nationalism, or any provocative behavior of such nature.
Consequence: chat mute / character/account/server forum bans.
 

18. using bots or setting characters to perform autonomous tasks (resource collecting, monster hunting) without player interaction.
Consequence: initial offense - account ban for 1 week, removal of obtained items (could mean all kinah);
additional offenses - permanent account bans.
For farms or multiple accounts involved - all accounts face permanent bans with no warnings.

It’s prohibited to use numerous accounts to create artificial shortages or to overload the economy with game items, currency, and resources.

Admins are not responsible for players' accounts. Players are personally accountable since they typically share accounts with others (which we strongly advise against!)*

Remember to adhere to moral and common sense principles. Respect yourself, fellow players, and the Admins. 

Disregard for the rules is inexcusable

P.12 update: 
12. to sell/buy ingame currency (kinah) / game items beyond inner service (Trade Brokers) /to sell/buy/trade game accounts and characters, to sell/buy items from the Euroaion game shop and ecoins currency for real money.
Punishment:  from temporary to permanent ban of all player’s accounts;

5. to use 3rd party software, modify game client to gget advantages in the game in not-gaming way (Shugo console, synapse, WTFast and similar are allowed). AHK is not allowed.
Punishment:  permanent ban of all player’s accounts and of all those giving him/her their accounts in terms of their possible engagement;

Updates:
Points 1 and 2:
Insults and undesired messages in the whisper chat are not moderated (use "block" to stop messages from specific users). 
It is prohibited to pursue and harass the users by creating multiple characters/accounts only to avoid block.

Point 12:
Punishment:  from temporary to permanent ban of all player’s accounts / full or partial removal of ecoins from the account / stopping of cooperation (for streams).

• to engage in buying or selling of in-game currency (kinah) or items outside of the game’s internal services (Trade Brokers) / to buy/sell/trade accounts and characters in the game
• to trade items from Euroaion’s game shop and ecoins for real money or place related ads/offers.

Consequences for trading accounts and game items, kinah: 

• ranging from a temporary to a permanent ban on the account / on all accounts held by the player.

For trading ecoins obtained through collaboration rewards:

• complete or partial deduction of ecoins from the account (earned through cooperation rewards);
• complete or partial cessation of cooperation;
• ranging from a temporary to a permanent ban on the account / on all accounts held by the player.

Every situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.

19. It is prohibited to use large numbers of account for farming items, resources and currency.

It is prohibited to use large numbers of account for creating artificial deficiency and overloading the economy with the game items, currency and resources.
