I've got issues making a donation; it's all very confusing. It keeps telling me ''Your card isn't supported'' but I've successfully done donations before without encountering this problem...

I aimed to purchase 2000 ecoins (as you can see from this screenshot).

But I just can't.....

Hi there,

You might want to try using Paypalych for card payments. If you hold multiple cards and encounter issues with one, consider using another card. Mastercard tends to be more widely accepted.
Here are some tips to tackle the "your card is not supported" error on Paypalych:

• retry after a few hours;
• try again after a day;
• switch to a different browser;
• turn off your VPN;
• disable ad blockers;
• restart the router and PC;
• try incognito mode.

Sadly, some cards just won't work with the payment system.
