Can't install the game

Question

I've downloaded the launcher several times and tried to set up the game but, unfortunately, I just can't seem to download it.
There's no errors popping up either; nothing happens when I hit install, after picking a folder, etc.
I attempted to download other games on the Gameforge launcher and they work just fine. I'm truly clueless about what’s going on
I've played Aion before and have no clue why this is happening (I've tried re-downloading the launcher/rebooting the PC)
Also sent a ticket to support but it seems like that's taking forever.
