By mob name and Tough Rawhide drop you can clearly deduct it's a high level monster.
So why does it drop a level 20 manastone? It's not only manastones. They can also drop level 20-ish gear!
I asked support (won't paste as the question and the answer were in Polish) and they said it's working as intended... is it??
