For effectively reporting a bug, ensure you have prepared a support ticket too.
Include screenshots, and if screenshots don't suffice, provide videos, along with as much detail as you can gather.
Example for ticket details! (do not disclose personal data on forum)
Go through the support site, reach out to support, choose the bug report option
be sure to add
- your account name (only in the ticket, never your password! Aion support will never require your password)
- the character's name
- what happened and when
- attach a screenshot
example:
disconnect during a dredgion

On death during dredgion, I was disconnected and reappeared at the obelisk, even though only 2 minutes had elapsed
whenever feasible, provide approximate timestamps (such as 7 PM)
