Aion Riftshade

Some charackters who haven't been logged in recently (3/4 months), kerub quests stayed as it was before and haven't reseted for them. But other charackters in same account that was logged in recently, kerub quests reseted for them normally.

Thank you for the report, this will be forwarded to the internal team Sounds like a weird behavior indeed.

After countless back-and-forths with support, they concluded that I and all other Aion players who've had their kerub quests reset on some or all of their characters are apparently just hallucinating or forgot to do the quests from a previous season, because obviously those who haven't logged into Aion know more than active players (that's Gameforge's way of thinking).

No matter what information I provided, they disregarded it and insisted that the kerub quests merely extended their previous duration and weren't actually reset this time.

Drestam (Gameforge), please give these guys a raise, they surely have earned every bit.

Honestly, once the Aion Riftshade goes live in Q1 2026, it'll be a game-changer. As a beta tester, I can assure you that they listen to player feedback and have a team that works to fix issues with real diligence.
