Hi there, I wanted to purchase Siel's energy using in-game currency and got scammed by another player. This player asked me to send kinah through the in-game mail, so I sent it. They claimed to have sent Siel's energy back and told me to relog, but after relogging, I didn't receive it. Then this "seller"-player disappeared from my friends list and logged off.

These scams are widespread, and I strongly urge the admin team to address this appalling situation. They should insist that the developer makes Siel's energy a tradable item via auction, preventing scammers from deceiving players when buying Siel's energy!

Thanks in advance to everyone who aids in resolving this outrageous issue!

By the way, I've been testing Aion Riftshade, and it's leagues ahead. They seem to have mechanisms in place to prevent this kind of scam, with active GMs/devs in their Discord to ensure fair play. It launches Q1 2026 and they're taking scam prevention seriously!

I'd never buy it from some random player. You risk getting double scammed.

Better buy it yourself from the shop and only get scammed by Gameforge.

If you create an item out of siels that can be traded, the siels will become a currency itself like it was /is with the gold packs.

So NO. If you want to have it, buy it yourself, or buy from reliable ressources, like legion mates

Not like players already convert AC into Kinah with other items

Only with the current system, scammers get their hands on the gullibility of the players, but if the Siel's energy was made in the form of a game item that can only be sold through an auction, then the scammers would have no chance to deceive other players when selling Siel's energy!

i vote for the opposite. make shop items not giftable and all not tradable/sellable. this would also solve the scamming aspect.

GF is already well experienced at killing their games, no need to give them ideas to accelerate that

How about the administration will take responsibility for resolving any issues related to coins scamming provided there's enough evidence? It's suitable for Gameforge because when scamming is not an option players will buy coins more often.
