Two of your support staff have opposing views; one says it is against the TOS and bannable, while the other says it is not. Please provide an interpretation..
People had multiple accounts since ever without any problems. I still have two, some people had like 8 or 9, maybe even more (I know about a guy with 72 alts) years ago when event rewards were tradable.
In the past people abused them by having Asmo and Elyos alts and traded abyss points among their own characters, not sure anymore if anyone was permanently banned for doing it.
It is not directly allowed but tolerated, that's what the support told me.
However, he also said that it is only tolerated as long as you don't gain an advantage
I had 2 different explainations, but they removed SS so people cannot see contradiction in answers of their support!
i am aware of the contradictions, this is not the only one in fact and not the first time it is brought up. yet everytime people try to clarify such topics it fails due to the paradox that the support refers to the forum and the forum moderators refer to the support and delete provided support information.
i just go with this one. but the support also had me choose between accounts to be deactivated in the past claiming multiple accounts were against their tos.
I came across a couple of clarifications, but screenshots were taken down so nobody sees the inconsistencies in the responses from their support!
U can't publicly display a response from support. U also can't reveal private talks here in this Forum.
Still, U can discuss these issues elsewhere. If U seek to follow the rules fairly, jot down the reply in notepad, remove usernames etc. Any other type will be instantly erased here.
Im have more than 30 account 80/80GP that I paid for - GP.
I asked about the possibility of having this quantity before purchasing/loading GP

I only use these accounts to receive veteran rewards(10kkk) and events(last event 4* jorgoth's box - 9.8kkk each).
I had a "few" accounts aswell, until I got ban for using VPN which lead to all my accounts getting banned. After they unbanned my main account when I asked them to unban the other ones they stated that having multiple account is against ToS and they won't help me.
When I made new ticket 2 weeks later I got them unbanned within a day.
I guess GF loves RNG even outside of Aion x)
It seems that the different interpretation of the rules is deliberately made so that the support team can eliminate dissenters.

Having multiple GF accounts is tolerated, and you can have multiple game accounts on each GF account.
However, you are only allowed to have one client open at a time, meaning that you are not allowed to play multiple accounts at once.
