Hello there,
Is there a problem if me and my cousin share the same pc to play the game? Should I contact the support and give them details about our situation? Is there someone here in the same situation?

You can´t run 2 accounts at same time on classic, but one after the other you can run as much accounts as you want.

Just remember not to use same gameforge account aswell. Otherwise if one of you move or you get 2nd PC you might run into troubles

Are we allowed to use 2 game accounts (within the same main account) at the same time? i.e with a 2nd pc or virtual machine.

You can´t run 2 accounts at same time on classic, but one after the other you can run as much accounts as you want.
this is what we want, when I'm offline he can log in an play without any problems right?

To start, I'm not completely sure if it's possible to be logged into the same Gameforge Launcher account on more than one device at the same time (though you might be).
Secondly, the ToS of Gameforge make it clear that your account should be for personal use only, not for shared use among families or groups, etc. Source (2.2)

Initially, I'm not entirely sure if you can access the same Gameforge Launcher account on several devices simultaneously (maybe it's possible)
Secondly, GF's ToS clearly specify that your account must be personal and cannot be shared among family, groups, etc. Source (2.2)
We each have our own account. When he's at home, he plays on his PC, but when he visits me, he uses mine with his account. This was my actual question, sorry if I didn't explain it well initially. Like when I'm working, is it fine for him to play on his account from my PC?
