Am I comprehending this event correctly, that one should just pass on the surveys providing one scroll and accept the ones offering two? So just take it between 16th and 19th of june and 23rd to 26th of june respectively.

Alternatively the survey is not daily but once a duration. Which means the hints would not matter anyway, since there are only four durations.
