Straight to the point, Aion team might have banned some players IP while dealing with DDOS attacks, Me included so please can you clarify whats happening to the likes of me if am wrong and fix it asap what ever the problem is.

There were no specific IP Block after the attacks but we had issues with some filters, I don't have all details. However, it has been fixed so here is what you can do:
It might sound like some kind of witchcraft, but these 10 minutes make sense and you should be able to access the game. Please make sure to not use a VPN too.
"The game is currently unavailable to you.Please contact support"

For this message you need to contact support: https://aion.support.gameforge.com/ create an account there with the same mail as your GF account and open a ticket
