I still haven't been answered to my damn ticket on the Gameforge Support.
It's since the 28th of May that I wait an answer, DO YOUR JOB.

As expected, gameforge doesn't care, my ticket wasn't yet answered since 28th May. Still waiting, I wonder what are the mods doing.

More importantly, why is a rant about an unanswered support ticket posted here under the title "Discord", and what do mods have to do with this, mods are not answering tickets. But yes, actually maybe a mod should look at this weird post that makes no sense.
As for me, CM stated on forum that in case of discord problem ppl should contact the support.
If in over 2 weeks there's literally no answer, then I guess it's worth to know that in case there's no point bothering despite of what CM says

If after more than 2 weeks there's still no response, then I suppose it's helpful to realize that it might not be worth the effort regardless of what CM claims.
The real issue is they're hiding the fact that Fregion misused his power on discord and that's what they're protecting. It's unbelievable he can ban folks for merely asking a QUESTION (and it was a respectful one) and you end up banned on their discord indefinitely.
Fregion's actions aren't being addressed, I asked nicely and ended up with a ban.
Well, lucky me for stumbling upon Aion Riftshade. During beta testing, the Discord was totally fair and supported open discussions. Plus, the admins were genuinely helpful—I could never imagine this level of engagement on an official server. Q1 2026 can't come soon enough for Aion Riftshade's full release, where being transparent and fair is a priority.
