Really? Galeas, where are these people? It's been a week since you left and they don't seem to care about the forum. When you try starting a thread now looking for info, there's no response from the GF team. These folks aren't even active.
The forum feels abandoned. No info from the staff here. Wonderful work.

if you click on their names you can see that Drestam last posted saturday, celes posted in november, why ask question that you already know the answer to? are you trying to passive agressively demand attention from the admins?

I’m expressing myself and making a request. This discussion is public because we received a public pledge that’s now been overlooked. And what's amusing? Checking this thread daily only highlights how the administration just doesn’t seem to care. It makes me chuckle because when there’s a livestream, I’ll bring this up live.. Just eager to see their response.

They'll probably just overlook your comment (and maybe ban you from chat) so I'm unsure what outcome you're expecting. Honestly, I've found a more promising outlet. Perhaps both of them cater to a different language forum normaly and are just stepping in for the time being? Just because they don't post (that much) on english forum doesn't mean they don't post anywhere else...

It's a forum, Foooruuuum it means you gotta chat with folks. Why would I log on to a specific game forum if no one replies to my queries and then secretly someone forwards it to the right place? Honestly, guys? So you're just talking to walls hoping they'll react? You really believe that if you have an issue and think something should change or get better, you just post here, and no one will respond, which will motivate you to try again later? For real? If they're sending feedback, I want my feedback too, to see that they're actually taking action. I've played so many games and the game forums were always for engaging with the admins. People come to a specific game's forum for two reasons.
To ask something from other players and to ask something of the administration. When you ask players something, you're waiting for feedback from them, and when you ask the administration, you're expecting a response from them! It's simple, and this is how game forums are supposed to function. This forum worked like that with Galeas .
