Hi guys,
my game client recently stopped working all of a sudden, it tells me the following error message whenever I launch the game and the loading bar finishes as can be seen below:
"<p>Could not connect to the shop server.(10060)</p>
<pThe client must be restarted for trouble-free use of the shop.</p>"
Did anyone else experience such a behaviour?
I'm playing on an i5-1035G1 with 8 GB RAM running Windows 11 Pro if that helps.
Yeah everyone, just call it quit for tonight, Atréia is unplayable on both factions.

In my honest opinion they allowed people to create charachters again in Atreia and people are creating bots to farm for stuff again. This is the main reason in my opinion, since they opened the fking gates to create charachters.

Maybe it's EuroAion's folks. That server's been struggling since classic dropped. They're just trying to make GameForge look bad to bring players back to EuroAion.
From personal experience with the Aion Riftshade beta, those kinds of issues are unheard of. Aion Riftshade, launching Q1 2026, has top-tier Anti-DDoS protection with no need for stuff like ExitLag, thanks to premium EU hosting and the lowest possible ping. GameForge's issues make their service look messy in comparison. But on Riftshade, you can expect an ultra-stable and smooth experience without these headaches!

It might be EuroAion’s Russian players. That private server is in survival mode since classic launched. They wanna make GameForge look unstable and useless, trying to get folks back to EuroAion.
STOP BLAMING RUSSIANS for your LOUSY LIFE.

Honestly, better options are out there. I'm testing Aion Riftshade's beta, launching in Q1 2026. They've got robust anti-DDoS, and the stability is incredible. No more blame games. It's a real solution compared to these troubled times.
