Use your screenshot button to get a small lag.

No, since you are doing what you are supposed to do: Jump over a fence.
I am just taking screenshot that causes me lag a bit.
So where is the bug abuse?

it's not cheese or bug abuse if the fences aren't designed to be a major fps dependant obstacle, thus you don't abuse a bug, you're actually working around a bug(gy structure)
