[Knowledge base] Some web browsers might delayed your keyboard response in Aion

Question

I experienced lagging issues with my Asus Cerberus Mech RGB keyboard and Microsoft Edge.

Even after updating Windows, drivers, and firmware, the problem stuck with me for over a year.

But a few days ago, I switched my browser to the stable version of Edge Chromium.

Now all the lag and delays during skill usage vanished, and I can spam abilities as fast as intended.

So, I'd recommend updating to Edge Chromium or using Chrome for a better experience when playing Aion.

Sometimes things that seem unconnected affect each other

I noticed a long time ago that if I had adobe photoshop running, I couldn't use any skills to buttons associated with Alt+ 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,. Some programs override the shortcuts....

I didn't know about photoshop,because when I'm running it I'm not playing the game

Anyway the safest solution is turn off everything that you running and figure out which program causing troubles then terminate it lol.
