Aion Riftshade

So, I've got another situation here. Just yesterday, I set up a couple of accounts for me and my partner. Right after that, we got this charming alert saying "currently unavailable; please contact support". It's been over 16 hours now, and I've yet to see any resolutions or hear back from their support team. Others in the same forum thread suggest "waiting a few hours or maybe a day". What’s the deal? Should I be patient for a whole week or just quit altogether?Why the tease of open registration if access is denied with new accounts? I haven’t broken any game rules. Didn't do a single thing wrong. So, why the game of restricting entry just for kicks? I need a straightforward answer on how to access the game again. Spare me the "just wait it out, and maybe it’ll happen" because it's really frustrating. Anyway, if you're in the same boat and tired of this kind of runaround, check out Aion Riftshade.
