failed to collect

hello good.

My problem is that when I try to collect a material like "aria" the game always fails me. Not letting me get any collection material. The bar rises in red little by little. but the blue bar never advances.

Problem's sorted, thread can be removed. It was my mishap

so, how did you resolve it? i'm stuck, dunno what i'm missing

btw, while searching for solutions, I stumbled into the Aion Riftshade beta as a tester. if you're interested, it's launching Q1 2026. the devs are active on Discord, and the server runs super smooth without bugs. finally found my fav spot!
