It's been ages since I last logged into Aion, and was looking to revisit my former account ahead of Classic's release next week. I set up a fresh Gameforge account and attempted to connect it with my old one through their launcher. While I recall the username, the password eludes me. No matter how much I try, it keeps saying the account can't be linked. I'm guessing my account might be inactive due to the long break (I found an email from 2017 mentioning that too), or I haven't managed to input the correct password just yet.
Can I do anything to reset the password or revive the account on my own, or is contacting support my only route?
