Aion Riftshade

I did a mistake by loggin out from my Aion account and now I CANT log in back into account. The system says: Invalid account data" I've changed my password 4 times. I've checked EVERYTHING letter my letter, symbol by symbol. I just can't log in...I wrote to support and have no answer from them...I don't know what to else can I do.

Support doesnt work on weekends as far as I know ... you need to wait until tomorrow/ tuesday for an answer.

I had the same issue, its because I was using a VPN. Cant use a VPN when using gameforge.

I am having the same problem. Not using a VPN. My PW didn't work this morning, so I changed it about 90 minutes ago. The new PW and 2-factor authentication work fine on gameforge.com (and these forums) and in the Launcher, but NOT in the game client. Does it take hours to propogate? It's frustrating, especially since I paid for the game last night.

Change the language of your game, then launch the game. Afterwards, put back the language you want

You should not have the login screen on your game.

I looked for how to change the language, but didn't find it. Thanks, though!

Repairing didn't fix it, so I uninstalled Aion Classic and the Gameforge client, then reinstalled both and I could log in.

Thank you! That does help! Hopefully they fix this bug, as it must be costing Gameforge a LOT of money from users who give up and don't come here for the work-around.
