Aion Riftshade

Hello aion community,

i am back after 2 years to the game.. and i cant see any of my characters when i log in.. its like i dont have any characters at all lol.. i had 8 at least.. can anyone help me please?

did you add your aion account in the launcher ?

if yes and you still have the bug, contact the support

tyvm i managed thanks to you to add one of my accounts.. not sure though what if i forgot one of the accounts password how to reset lolz..
