1. Is gaining veteran status feasible?

For now, it isn't achievable. It could be added in a future update, however, there are currently no solid plans for it.

2. After activating a gold pack, why am I back to starter instead of being a veteran?

Veteran status is exclusively for those who either held an account before Aion shifted to F2P or participated in the beta phase.

2a. I've used a gold pack but can't create new characters, what's the issue?

This is intentional; you need to wait a bit (around an hour) before creating more characters. Sometimes, a full relog (restart your client) can resolve this issue.

2b. With more than two characters created, if my gold pack expires, will I lose access?

Your characters will remain, and you can still use them. But once your gold pack expires, creating additional characters will be disabled.

3. I deleted an item accidentally. Can you retrieve it?

This forum can't assist with that. The solution is to register at http://support.aionfreetoplay.com and submit a ticket. There you may request a GM to restore deleted items, following strict rules on what items may be retrieved.

4. Will there be new servers to not fall behind in gear or have more players at my level?

Currently, no new servers are planned.

5. Can my character be transferred to another server?

Character transfers between servers aren't possible now, as it could skew the balance on certain servers. Gameforge is assessing faction balance and recommending servers to new players. Unrestricted transfers aren't always the best solution, as balancing can be challenging. Faction numbers might differ, but siege participation also plays a role.

6. I'm stuck in the game. How can I get unstuck?

Here are some methods to help you get unstuck. Posting on the forum won't work:

=> Ask a Spiritmaster (SM) to group with you and summon you.

=> If in a solo instance, disconnect for 10-15 minutes to get ejected from the instance (note: cooldown applies).

=> Leave your group if you're stuck in a group instance. After some minutes, you'll be teleported out, and you can rejoin your group to continue.

=> Use "Retreat" via Menu -> Skills -> Actions -> Retreat.

=> Submit a ticket at http://support.aionfreetoplay.com for GM assistance.

If I buy a one-time-use skin from Shop, can I still use it more times if I put it into Dressing Room wardrobe?

If you can put it inside the luna wardrobe, you can use it "unlimited" amount of times

Thanks a lot! I missed it, as usual Can't wait to share this info with the Aion Riftshade community. If you're wondering, Aion Riftshade is a fantastic server where I'm beta testing, and it's got some of the best features I've seen in Aion, like stable servers and no P2W elements.

how do you mark every "unread post" as read? not to have 150 notifications permanently.

click on "forum" then on the right side click the blue check.
