I logged in to my account to attempt to resolve a payment issue, and saw there was an open ticket for account deletion that I hadn't submitted. Is there any way at all to get support to close this ticket WITHOUT my account being deleted, or am I just screwed?

At best, by contacting support (bypassing the forum), you might be able to send additional information in response to a ticket on the support page.
I would also suggest checking the password policy for your online accounts, especially ones important to you and/or containing any of your sensitive data.

The best route is to contact support directly (not the forum), you should be able to add an extra message to your opened ticket on the support page.
Additionally, it's wise to assess password security for online accounts, especially those holding important info of yours.
I followed up on the ticket with a message saying "Please disregard", alongside carrying out some password changes. I mainly joined the discussion here to discover if there's anything else I should or could do, or if it's just a matter of waiting it out.
