so, i'd just installed aion classic, picked my server (tahabata if relevant), made a character and all that fun stuff, when all of a sudden, the game says it has detected an illegal program and needs to close. the only other programs i had open are Steam, Discord and the GF launcher. now, i'm trying to log back in and it keeps saying that the server 'failed to load my social security number', what's going on?
Contact support, noone on forum won't be able to help you
I am having the same issue on the same server where it randomly kicks me out every few hours. Good thing, you will be able to log in again after an hour. Bad thing, support was not able to help me with this yet despite not using any illegal programs. They did mention that this specific error is related to a system error, so mentioned the usual reinstall. Sorry this is not much help, but you are at least not alone
Had the same problem just now...
Got a message that said some illegal program was detected and the game needs shutting down. When I tried to login at the server selection, it said "failed to load my social security number (5)"
Newbie here, was just questing in the abyss (level 34 character). All I did was hunt down a bot there...
Contacted support, went to create a support account but couldn't get past the login to file a ticket. Now the support site says I’ve attempted "more passwords than normal users should" and to wait 3 hours before trying again...
