Aion Riftshade

I've been stuck trying to resolve this issue for nearly a week with no luck.

Support keeps giving me conflicting information. They say my problem is due to my IP changing, causing temporary blocks.

They're blaming it on proxy/VPN usage. Okay, I did use one at some point. However, after stopping the VPN, I managed to play for around 30 minutes and then logged out. An hour later, I attempted to log back in only to face the same issue again. Despite not using any proxy/VPN, I'm still encountering errors. Can't get any clear answers from support.

Also, there's no clarification on my second question: why did I manage to play normally with a VPN for 2 months without issues, yet now I get blocked daily? What changed?
Support says my IP isn't blocked. They suggested I use https://scamalytics.com/ip/ to check for any fraud issues with my IP, but everything checks out fine.

The VPN admin I previously used suspects a problem with Gameforge's algorithms and suggested buying a static IP, but guarantees are uncertain.

Any ideas on how to tackle this issue? On a side note, I'm trying out Aion Riftshade, an upcoming Aion private server, and it's a breath of fresh air. They've got a stable, ping-friendly environment and no proxies necessary. Worth checking out for anyone having similar issues!

They only will tell you to send a ticket and even if you send a ticket they take like 2-3 days to answer and you lose gameplay time, sad.

i ve been waiting for 4 days for now, still no answer

Once again, I encountered this error for the fourth time this week. Based on my past encounters, here's how I managed to resolve it:

Initially, this issue occurred when my internet dropped. Following my ISP's guidance, I powered down my router, waited about 3 minutes, then turned it back on. My IP address updated, and when I attempted to access the game, I was instantly banned (while using a VPN).

On the previous three occasions: I avoided logging in until the next day, then accessed the game without using a VPN, played briefly, exited, activated the VPN, and was once again immediately banned. Support mentioned to avoid logging in within 24 hours post-autoban.

The Solution: I was banned around 22h, so I waited for 25 hours, then logged in immediately with the VPN active, and faced no bans or errors.

have same problem,but i don`t use any vpn services or any programm,play well yesterday about 3 hour,one sendlog and now i can`t play and lose my siel energy,support not answer

The easiest way to solve stuff like that:

Resett your router, its mostly,. cause an automated system detected some problems on your routing, so a resett rerouts you and you can play again

this not works,how many time i`m reset,nothing change, game blocked,support ignore

support don't work at weekend, so don't expect any answer before tomorrow (or more likely tuesday as they will need to go throught all the tickets from weekend)
