How can a new player level up, when always get killed from players who cone through the rifts? They are geared and usually in groups. Please don't open too often the rifts. New players are actually the farming of older ones. We have not the opportunity to level up or gear up because we always get killed.

but thats what most PVP Heroes do. Looking for someone to stomp over and over again, and then running, if someone with an equal gear arrives
They don't pvp with equals, they stalk on new and not geared players. And I did not say "no rifts at all". I said "less rifts". I don't like to farm on me when I am just 35 lvl and now I try to learn the game.
