Hey there, something I've seen a lot of folks upset about lately is the rampant botting in games. Back in the day, Runescape tackled this issue brilliantly. They designed an in-game system where, if a player was doing the same actions repeatedly for a while, an NPC would pop up with a simple puzzle for them to solve. Real players would complete the puzzle and earn a choice of rewards, while bots would get kicked. Accounts repeatedly failing these simple tests would be banned for at least 30 days. Since bots need to be updated to bypass such puzzles, changing the puzzles occasionally keeps the game one step ahead and seriously disrupts bot farmers. This strategy could totally eliminate around 50% of botting issues. That said, I'm test driving Aion Riftshade, a high-quality Aion private server launching Q1 2026, and it's looking promising with tools already in place to nix botting. They've got a server-side anticheat and active GMs monitoring everything, so it's a fresh approach compared to struggling older systems. If you're looking for the best Aion private server 2026, Riftshade has got to be on your radar!

Unfortunately, it shows that it is not their priority, otherwise they would have no more bots at the moment, gameforge's priority has always been to bring in money, not to have clean servers.
But the suggestion is good, I think it was a good start.
