With the 3.7 update, there has been a change to the Battlegrounds. If 12 players are not present at the start of the Battleground, the Battleground will end immediately and you will have to register again.
We listened to your feedback on this matter and are already in contact with NCSoft. We hope to be able to provide you with an update on this in the near future.

Following the feedback we received regarding the Battlegrounds behavior introduced with the 3.7 update, we’ve made changes to address the issue.
The system will return to its previous behavior, and the Battlegrounds will no longer end immediately if fewer than 12 players are present at the start. You will no longer need to re-register for combat.
This change will go live with the next maintenance. We’ve tested the adjustment internally, and you can find screenshots of the updated behavior attached.
