Throughout this event, rewards for the instance can be acquired via survey. Please consider the following guidelines:
- Each survey is redeemable once per account.
- Decide wisely which character you want to receive the items with.
- A maximum of 2 surveys can be claimed weekly, totaling up to 4 during the event.
- Surveys must be accepted within the designated timeframe, or they will expire.
- Survey items cannot be traded or sold.
- Items mistakenly given to the wrong character cannot be exchanged or transferred to other characters.
