Here you can find answers to many common questions about the server merge.

What occurs if a character name is duplicate?

• If two characters end up with the same name, the higher-level one gets to keep the name based on these rules:

1. Higher character level keeps the name
2. Recent activity (must be logged in within last 30 days)
3. Total playtime
4. Date of character creation (older character retains the name)
5. If all factors are identical, both characters will need new names.

• Characters who must change their name according to these rules will receive a Name Change Ticket in their inventory.

What happens to similar legion names?

• When two legions share a name, the following criteria determine who keeps it:

1. Legion level
2. Legion Growth level
3. Count of Growth points
4. Date legion was created

• The leader of the legion needing a name change will receive a Legion Name Change Ticket.

What is the fate of deleted characters?

• Deleted characters from level 50 up will be transferred.
• If all characters of one faction are deleted, even those level 50+, they cannot be restored.

Will changes occur to my character slots?

• You can still create up to 12 characters per account as before.

Is it possible to have characters of both factions on a single server?

• All existing characters can be played regardless of faction.
• Creating new characters will require choosing a single faction.

What becomes of the Global Auction House?

• Incomplete transactions will be wiped and won't be restored.

What occurs to the arena seasons?

• Due to the server merge and time change, there will be a pause in the Arena of Chaos and Arena of Cooperation.
• You will be notified when the seasons resume.

What will become of the Tower of Illusion season?

• The current season wraps up early on 19/03.
• The new season kicks off on 9/04.

Will my ranking be affected?

• No impact on rankings as the merge occurs between seasons.

What happens to my account warehouse?

• The warehouse merges by faction.
• Items in the warehouse will combine during the merge.
• Items over the limit will appear once space is freed.

Will my friends list move over?

• Your friends list will migrate to the new server.
• Cross-server friends will be removed.

What becomes of my block list?

• Your block list transfers to the new server.
• Cross-server block list entries will be erased.

Will character restrictions stay the same?

• Yes, current restrictions (mute, etc.) will remain unchanged.

What happens to items waiting for collection?

• Items not yet collected will be available on the new server for pick-up.
