§2 AUTOMATED BOT USAGE All forms of automatic data creation for harmful intent are prohibited. (See T&Cs, 4.3.)
§3 EXPLOITING BUGS Exploiting bugs for personal gain or failing to report them deliberately is strictly banned. This includes, but isn't limited to:To report a bug, use our support system: https://aion.support.gameforge.com/en
- Setting up Kisks out of the designated map area
- Solo-exploit against bosses - manipulating bugs to solo-kill bosses not meant for such a feat
§4 CROSS-FACTION POWER-LEVELING Any agreements between opposing factions providing advantages, such as power leveling for dailies, aren’t allowed. This also involves AP trade.

Moreover, these points are currently tolerated, but changes may occur in the future if they are misused to affect others' game experience, leading to individual sanctions (See T&Cs, 8.2. b). Any alterations will be officially declared.

Exception: Creating accounts to insult the other faction is not allowed. Such actions put the main account at risk of sanctions.

I aim to clarify the points seeming unclear now. Here’s a partial list covering what's presently allowed and explicitly banned. While Koop covered much already, this adds depth.
Allowed Actions
Multiple Accounts
Using more than one account is permissible, yet it must comply with ToS. AP trading across accounts or using alts for insults is forbidden.
DPS Meter Usage
Tolerated currently. However, data from such tools isn't valid for support claims.
Jump Shot, Weaving, Etc.
These moves are okay in-game without bugs' help. Avoid map bug areas.
Prohibited Actions
This list outlines prohibited actions. Unlisted acts might not be tolerated either.
Hack Tools
Using third-party software for in-game edge leads to permanent bans.
Kinah Real Purchases
Buying or selling Kinah involving real-life transactions results in account bans.
Account Transactions
Prohibited by ToS, paragraph 6. Account sharing or transactions lead to bans. No support for policy violators.
Personal Abuse
Personal insults in chats result in penalties.
Bug Exploitations Using bugs unintended by developers for advantages leads to bans. Examples include:Insulting Behavior
- Misplacing kisks outside maps
- Utilizing bugs for solo boss kills
- Unauthorized RvR Timer exploit
Insults break ToS, including racial slurs and similar offenses.

As per request, I provide the following:
Battleping and Similar Tools Using third-party tools like Battleping is technically regulated in AGBs.
As of now, tools like Battleping are not cause for bans based solely on use, unless linked to known bad traffic, potentially leading to bans. If banned unjustly, support can reassess your account upon investigation, lifting bans if procedures were adhered to. Using Battleping remains at your discretion. There’s no current plan to ban its use, but policy changes may happen without prior notice.
By now, the use of Battleping is listed as your own risk.
