To claim rewards, you first need your very own shugo orb. If you've reached at least level 50, you can accept the quest “[Event] Marble Collector's Gift” from the Marble Collector at the Inggison Illusion Fortress or the Gelkmaros Fortress to receive your shugo orb. Note that each Daeva can only possess one orb.

Your task now is to restore the shine to your orb. For this, you need shugolith, the sole material worthy of polishing shugo orbs. Gather shugolith by completing daily quests in Laphsaran, on the Chantra Dredgion, or on the Dranium Battlefield during the event. Additionally, a survey will provide a little help by giving you a starter pack filled with shugolith.
Be advised, items obtained through the survey can only be acquired once per account and exclusively from 26/02 to 05/03 by a character level 56 or higher. These items are neither tradeable nor sellable and can only be used by the character that retrieves them.

Once you have gathered enough shugolith, return to the Marble Collector at the Inggison Illusion Fortress or the Gelkmaros Fortress with your orb. This collector will polish your orb using the shugolith you've gathered. Upgrade your regular orb to a sacred, luminous, brilliant, or even sparkling orb to earn the most lavish rewards.

Of course, you won't go empty-handed: sumptuous daily treasures await avid polishers! Just click your orb to get a daily quest. Then approach the marble collector to receive your reward. Depending on the polishing level, you can score particularly valuable rewards like [event] enchantment stone (level 100), unknown lesser fragment of a Lumiel painting, and [event] powerful relic bundle. The daily quest resets daily at 09:00 (Paris time). Don't forget to claim your reward!
