Good Morning,

when i try to start the game, via the ActiveLauncher.exe, i get this error message:

upon choosing "ok" the Launcher closes without giving me the possibilty to update.

Hello,

After the maintenance some game files have been changes. So for the correct start of the game it is necessary to check the files and get the updates. 

Please, press the "check" button in the launcher before starting the game.

the thing is, the launcher doesnt get to that point, the error instantly pops up. And thats it. Is there a way to force showing the launcher? Maybe i just start the game in a wrong way?

Also i cant download launcher, its failing to download.

Tried 3 different browsers for download, all failed....

I've been on this other server for just over a week, and I accidentally wiped my Aion folder. When I downloaded the game again, I got this error saying it couldn't connect to the server—complete with a sad face and a 404 error. When I check the files, it gets stuck at 89% and then a message pops up saying connection lost, trying to reconnect. I can't even re-download the game to confirm if there are any corrupted files because it simply fails to connect. After a few attempts, it mentioned something about updating the anticheat. I tried re-downloading the launcher since that seems to help others, but no luck for me. I don't have any active antivirus or firewall, and I've even whitelisted Aion in my firewall. Any ideas on how to get back into the game?

After attempting to re-download the launcher, I still can't connect to any source to download the game—it just keeps showing me that 404 sad face icon.
