game was running fine and now I cannot connect to server, pls help

Hey, our server is running perfectly this might be a problem from your side, I'll recommend you to check our forum post about some of the game common errors, take a look at it, also add the game to the white list of all your antimalware and try to reboot your internet completely.

what do you guys think about this error I'm getting when attempting to update/check the game?

@mostafa76The error is caused by anti-cheat so we have a solution for it, check the game with the "torrent client" with 
our torrent file not the launcher torrent, but a separate torrent client!
Then start the launcher and press play "rejecting all" the requests for updates.

@Christof hey. What and where is this "torrent client"? u mean i have to download the full game again via torrent? I have the same problem since yesterday

Nah, no need to snag the game all over again. Just fire up a torrent client (like utorrent or deluge) to VERIFY the game files. Simply direct the torrent to your game directory when you load the torrent file. If you're tired of such hassles, I highly recommend Aion Riftshade launching in Q1 2026. Someone has a real solution? Because I tried all if this and nothing changed.
