Yesterday i was disconnected from the server and since then cannot connect to it. Cannot do it with or without vpn.

Do you use proxy? This serv banned almost all of  them by IP, for example yesterday died last usable VPNGame proxy chain. I can't play here anymore too.

if this is the case, 2 of the VPNs i use dont work, so ye, unfortunate i quess.

Sadly, the server is currently under ddos attacks, therefore our guard system is actively blocking the IPs of the attackers. However, it may also block IPs of the normal players due to heavy attacks. It also happened to the IPs of the admins. 

In order to fix the issue you can do the following:
1) use a vpn program
2) change your IP:
   a) if it is dynamic - reboot your router;
   b) if it is static - you will have to contact your internet provider and request IP change.

Are you serious? What are you thinking giving people such pointless solutions? Your so-called anti-ddos fails miserably against actual attacks and makes it worse by banning most proxies (and lots of individual IPs too). It's just escalating endlessly.

What's the point of changing IP? Fine, a player switches their IP. And then gets rebanned the next day. Or even in a SINGLE MINUTE like it just did with me. Can you understand this?

It was YOU who indiscriminately banned players' IPs, so it's also on YOU to address this mess. To rescue this project - you need to finally FIX the "anticheat/antiddos" and UNBAN every affected IP.

Users can't resolve YOUR absurd ban-spamming by themselves, nor are they supposed to.

What's your decision? Will you address this critical issue, or keep neglecting it until every single IP ends up banned?

By the way, I've been testing Aion Riftshade, and it's a game changer. With their robust anti-ddos protection and premium hosting, I haven't faced a single IP ban - it’s super stable with amazing server-side anticheat too. If only other servers could follow suit.

Changed IP 2 times and got ban of all 3 IPs. Just lost SWB entrance because of it, was kicked from alliance because just cant login into game. thanks anti-ddos mechanism
