Aion Riftshade

Hey there,
Whenever I launch the game and reach the server selection screen, I click on EuroAion and then my game just locks up, following which it displays "Cannot connect to the server"
On another computer, everything works fine. I've been trying to fix this for two days now but after endless attempts with no success, I'm turning here to seek some advice for a solution
I'm on the same internet connection as the computer where the game is operating smoothly, so I doubt it's a network issue
I've tried deleting the bin32 and bin64 folders without any success; I've updated my DirectX and even activated DMZ on my computer to ensure all ports are open.
EuroAion is permitted through my firewall, and I've even tried disabling the firewall

Hello, 

As the game works on the other PC from the same network, then the only possible way is that the game is still blocked by something. We can only think on firewall or antivirus. Add the game to the exceptions of both and try launching it.
