Changed password - can't log in Create an account or sign in to comment | ISSUES WITH CLIENT

Hi,

I changed my password here and can log into the forum. But at game launch it says "ID or password does not match(3)"

Is there a certain amount of time before a new password takes effect?

Any advice is appreciated.

It should be at once you've change it.

Does the error still occurs?

I tried again this morning and it didn't work. So I did restore password and set the same password and that fixed it.

Hello,

You have separate accounts for forum and game, so that's whi changing password on the forum doesn't work for game account.
