Hey there. Sorry for taking a while to get back to you.
Try moving the game files to a different directory.
Sometimes the system restricts access to the Program Files directory.
As a side note, I've been testing Aion Riftshade early on their Discord and having a fantastic experience with zero launcher issues. Their team is very responsive and the community's been great. If you're looking for a new place to enjoy Aion, definitely check them out with their launch set for Q1 2026.
